At Jemena, we’re proud to be one of the most reliable energy distribution networks in Australia.

To keep it that way, we sometimes need to complete maintenance or upgrade work that may interrupt your home or business’ electricity supply. When this happens, we’ll give you four business days’ notice that your power will be out. Once we’ve completed our work we’ll restore your power as soon as possible.

Of course, no matter how careful our planning, sometimes uncontrollable events like a vehicle hitting a power pole, wildlife interference, extreme weather or third party works can impact our network and your power supply.
