Summertime Tip: Access energy saving tips for summer in six different languages

The Jemena Electricity Network in Melbourne’s north-west is proudly home to many culturally and linguistically diverse people. So it’s important that we make energy saving information available in the languages people prefer to use.
Our ‘Energy Saving Tips for Summer’ fact sheet is available in six different languages all commonly spoken in our network area in Melbourne: Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Turkish, Vietnamese and English.
Covering cooling your home, how to reduce your hot water use, and run your laundry and kitchen appliances more efficiently, the tips cover how to reduce your energy consumption at home and avoid an unexpected hit to your wallet when the summer electricity bill arrives, all while doing your bit for the environment at the same time. And in your preferred language!
You can download the fact sheets below, and please feel free to print and share with any family and friends who prefer a hardcopy to put on the fridge instead of accessing on a computer or device.
