Jemena hosts 2023 Retailer Forum

Retailers are a crucial part of the energy supply chain, and we have a shared commitment to ensure we meet the current and future needs of our customers.

To help build knowledge and strong connections, for the first time in 2023 we were pleased to welcome attendees from our Victorian electricity distribution peers, CitiPower and Powercor, United Energy and Ausnet Services, at our annual Jemena Retailer Forum in Melbourne in July.

Covering both the electricity and gas parts of our business, we were able to share insights with retailers in attendance around our business strategy, support for vulnerable customers, innovation projects such as renewable gas, the future of our networks and more.

In the Managing Director Update, Frank Tudor specifically spoke to:
