Announcing our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been formally approved and endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

When we started our journey towards reconciliation through the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in 2020, it became a key platform for building strong relationships, and gaining a better understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, cultures, and histories.

Our Innovate RAP builds on this and will see us embed cultural awareness and understanding across our Group, develop more opportunities for Indigenous employment, and engage Traditional Owners on our projects and in communities through our RAP theme and commitment of ‘Connecting to Country – Connecting with Community’.
