Once we have your completed application we’ll make you an offer outlining charges and works we’ll perform. If you accept, we'll do our best to schedule and perform your meter change as soon as possible.
Costs will be outlined in our offer. You may receive separate charges from your plumber or builder for their work.
Offers will remain open for a specified time, before expiring. If this happens we may need to requote you.
If at any stage we find site conditions vary from what was advised we may have to revise your offer and charges.

In line with our Deemed Standard Connection Contract you need to let us or your retailer know of any permanent material change in your energy load or usage.
