Information for electricians

Are you a Registered Electrical Contractor? Use our Connect and manage my electricity portal to request, pay for and track electricity services in the Jemena network area, directly through us. Services you can request include:

  • New connections
  • Alterations to existing supply and metering
  • Overhead to underground (pole to pit) connections
  • Supply abolishment and meter removal

All electrician or customer-initiated applications must be sent via the portal (rather than by email or phone).

We’ve worked hard to make the portal easier to use. We’ve listened to your feedback and created easier application forms, removed the need to upload a VESI form/Electrical Work Request form (EWR), enabled you to link to CES forms already lodged online, added an option to have your customer pay for a service request, and more.
