We’re committed to continually creating better experiences for our customers - that’s why we’re building a new portal designed to make it easier for customers to connect with us. We’re busy improving our processes at the same time.
We’ll regularly update this page with new information about what’s happening and how to prepare for the change in the lead up to the My Portal launch.
Right now, you don’t need to do anything. In March 2025, you’ll need to go to the new portal and register again. If you have an active connection application, you’ll still be able to track it in My Portal.
If you currently raise your connections requests via a retailer, there will be no change to the current process.
