A better way to connect with us

Starting on 17th March 2025, My Portal will replace the current Connect and Manage My Gas Portal offering customers a better way to connect with us.
 
Please note: If you have previously registered to Jemena’s portal, all your applications will be migrated to our new My Portal. You will need to click ‘register’ and enter the same details as usual, such as your name and email address, to create an account. Once registered, all of your previous applications will be visible in the My Portal. 

Easy to lodge your gas connection applications

You will use My Portal to lodge a range of gas connection applications, such as residential connections, modifications, cancellations, gas mains relocations, and high-pressure standby works.
 

Track your electricity usage anytime

In Victoria (VIC), you can check your electricity usage for both homes and businesses anytime through My Portal online. You can view your usage over various time periods daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly and compare it to the average usage in your area.
