Meter and Path Valve Boundary Service Connection

For commercial properties requiring a connection from the gas main, you will need to request a Meter and Path Valve Boundary Service connection via our online portal. Your licensed plumber or gas fitter will need to install a path valve at the property boundary. Your plumber is also responsible for laying the consumer service from the path valve to the meter location and supplying a Leak Test Notification for the works.

Once we have the Leak Test Notification, we'll connect gas from the main in the street to your path valve. Your licensed plumber or gas fitter will then need to arrange and install the meter kit at the premises. 

Meter Kit Only Connection

If your commercial site already has gas available but there is no gas to your individual shop, you will need to apply for a Meter Kit Only connection via our online portal. Your licensed plumber or gas fitter will need to arrange the meter kit and install it at your premises.
