How our pricing works

Like most energy network businesses in Australia, the prices we charge are regulated.

Every five years, we propose a plan to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) detailing what we require to deliver the plan. It’s important we engage with our customers in developing the plan. The regulator reviews our proposal to ensure the prices we charge are reflective of our costs and that we’re managing our business efficiently.
