Residential and small business services

From moving to renovating, new energy systems or changing business requirements, whatever your electricity needs we’ve got you covered.

Moving homes or premises

Need your electricity connected for move in day? Before we can switch on the lights you’ll need to sign up to an energy plan with a retailer (who manage your account and bills). Not sure who to choose? You can find a list of electricity retailers here and compare offers on the Energy Made Easy website. Moving out and need your power switched off? No problem. Just contact your retailer and they’ll liaise with us to arrange a final meter read, issue a final bill and turn it off.

Please note: If you need power disconnected from your electricity meter all the way to the street, say for building works, please see our basic connections and alterations services below.

New connections and alterations

Doing some works to your or a customer’s property and need to change, upgrade or disconnect your electricity supply? We offer a variety of new connection and alteration services, depending on how you use energy and what your property’s like. You can also find more support in our electricity connections FAQs or by contacting our team.
