You are at the centre of what we do and this Charter sets out our commitments to you: our promise to provide you with electricity Safely, Reliably and Efficiently.
The Charter contains information about what you need to do to make sure you continue to receive your power safely and reliably.
The Charter also lets you know what to do if you’re not happy with our work. It’s important to let you know that our service standards are set by Victoria’s Electricity Distribution Code, overseen by the Essential Services Commission (ESC) and the Australian Energy Regulator (AER). You’ll notice we’ll refer back to the code a number of times throughout the Charter.
