While the portal is offline you can access your usage data by emailing customerrelations@jemena.com.au. When emailing be sure to include your name, the property address, the timeframe that you would like the data for and your NMI (National Meter Identification number) to help us process your request. Depending on the complexity of your request it may take 3-5 business days for us to respond.
We know that understanding your energy use is important, particularly right now, and we apologise for not having the Portal available at the moment.
