Enriching our communities – 2022 Community Grants now open

Welcoming, sustainable, innovative, supportive and safe. These are the types of communities we want to help nurture, so we’re delighted to announce the launch of our 2022 Jemena Community Grants.

Applications for grants worth up to $10,000 each are now open to community groups, organisations, schools and charities seeking to make a positive difference in their - and our - local areas across New South Wales and Victoria, in one or more of the following areas: 

• environmental and/or energy sustainability
• innovation (e.g. digital, circular economy, social enterprises)
• social inclusion and reconciliation, or
• people in need or experiencing hardship  

Now in its fourth year, the program has so far seen Jemena award over $300,000 worth of grants to 28 organisations, successfully providing critical food relief, free energy advice, health and educational programs and other important social and environmental outcomes for hundreds of people.
