Jemena launches new poles and wires fault reporting tool

Customers can now report a poles and wires fault online using the new Pole and Wire Fault Reporting Tool.

The tool allows customers to enter the street address closest to the fault and then select a fault type from a range of options. An instant alert is then sent to the faults team so a member of our field crew can assess the reported fault. Previously customers could only report a fault by calling our call centre.

Jemena's electricity network delivers electricity to over 330,000 homes and businesses in northern and western Melbourne.
