Frank Tudor

Managing Director

Frank has more than 30 years’ experience in the international oil, gas, and power industries having held various senior executive roles across the sector throughout his career. Before joining Jemena Frank was CEO at Horizon Power – Australia’s only vertically-integrated electricity utility which provides energy services to customers across regional Western Australia.

Frank holds first class degrees in engineering, economics, and business administration from Curtin University (WA), the London School of Economics (UK) and AGSM (the University of NSW). He has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and lectured in oil and gas economics and legal frameworks at the University of Western Australia.

Frank also serves on the Expert Advisory Panel with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), is a Board member of Energy Networks Australia (and is Chair of its Asset Management Committee), and is also a former member of the Federal Government’s Australia China Council.

Sun Peng

Deputy Managing Director

Mr Sun was appointed Deputy Managing Director in July 2016.  He has more than 25 years’ experience in China’s power industry. During his career he has worked in a range of senior engineering and senior management roles as Director and General Manager.

Mr Sun worked at Hubei Electric Power Company for more than 20 years. He was the Deputy Mayor of Shishou City, Hubei Province, responsible for Industry, Science, Technical Development and Safety Management from 2007 to 2010, and was Deputy Director of Science, Technology and Information Department of Hubei Electric Power Company from 2012 to 2013. Prior to Mr Sun’s appointment with Jemena and SGSPAA, he was General Manager of Suizhou Electric Power Supply Company, Hubei Province, in charge of the whole enterprise from 2013 to 2016.

Mr Sun holds a Bachelor Degree majoring in Power System and Automation from North China Electric Power University and a Masters Degree in Micro-processor based protection from North China Electric Power University.

Kin Wah Yew

Deputy Managing Director

Mr Yew was appointed Deputy Managing Director in April 2018. He has more than 16 years’ experience in banking, where he held key positions in the areas of Treasury, Risk Management and Asset & Liability Management, before joining Singapore Power in 2004.

During his career at Singapore Power, Mr Yew has been involved closely in M&A activities in Australia. He was the company’s Head of Group Treasury, and was instrumental in implementing the treasury risk management framework for Singapore Power’s Australia operations and setting up the SGSPAA bond issuance programme in 2009.

Prior to Mr Yew’s appointment at Jemena and SGSPAA, he was the MD of Finance at Singapore Power, a position he took on in 2014. In that role, Mr Yew was responsible for Singapore Power Group’s Financial Reporting and Operations. This included the key portfolios of Statutory Reporting, Tax, Insurance, Settlements; and he established a Shared Service in financial operations. Two key projects in financing and operational process he implemented received industry awards. 

Mr Yew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Peter Iancov

Executive General Manager Services & Projects, Zinfra Managing Director

Peter is a professional engineer with an established career spanning over 27 years of experience in leading major businesses and projects operating in the project management, construction, maintenance and operation of gas and electricity infrastructure assets and major facilities.

Prior to joining Zinfra, Peter held the role of founder and MD of his own company, along with senior roles of Group Chief Executive Officer of a major Western Australian contractor, and General Manager of WestNet Energy, Alina Asset Management West - an asset management and sustainment business.

Along with solid, core capability in industry, Peter brings critical experience delivering organisational transformation, winning major projects and long term contracts, as well as negotiating joint venture and partnering arrangements for national and international organisations.

Peter also has extensive Board experience in Defence, Utilities, Ports, Oil & Gas contracting and Indigenous Corporations, along with a track record of delivering above benchmark business profitability, alongside solid safety and risk management results.  Peter has a Master of Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical) and a Post Graduate in Robotics and Automation. He is a Fellow Member of Engineers of Australia and a number of other Australian and international associations.

Antoon Boey

Executive General Manager Gas Markets

Antoon is responsible for the commercial and operational performance of Jemena’s $4 billion gas transmission portfolio, gas processing assets, as well as the Company’s Major Projects across both the gas and electricity sectors.

Since joining Jemena in 2015 as Executive General Manager Business Development, he has overseen the company’s business development, corporate strategy and planning as well as developing Jemena’s New Energy Services business in 2017. Antoon has more than 20 years' experience in the oil and gas industry and has worked in Australia, Europe and Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Jemena, Antoon was with Royal Dutch Shell, where he was responsible for overseeing Shell's interests in Arrow Energy.

Antoon has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and has attended a senior leadership development program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Shaun Reardon

Executive General Manager Electricity Distribution

Shaun is responsible for the oversight of SGSPAA Group’s Electricity Distribution Business which services customers in the north-west of Melbourne. This includes responsibility for strategy, commercial, regulation, customer services, asset management, and network operations. He was previously SGSPAA Group’s Executive General Manager — Customer & Markets responsible for commercial, customer, regulation, marketing and corporate affairs activities in relation to SGSPAA Group’s gas and electricity assets.

Shaun has over 25 years’ experience in the energy industry, having held management positions in marketing, regulatory, management, strategy and commercial. He holds a Masters of Marketing and a PhD in mechanical engineering and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Dr. Reardon is a past President of the Australian Pipelines and Gas Association (formerly Australian Pipeline Industry Association).

Chris Judd

Executive General Manager Electricity Markets

Chris has been a senior executive within the renewable energy sector since 2004, and is responsible for Jemena’s unregulated electricity interests, ranging from renewables generation and pumped hydro, transmission and distribution infrastructure and on and off grid business energy solutions, including microgrids.

Chris was formerly CEO at Senvion APAC a leading wind turbine manufacturer and EPC contractor. Prior to that, Chris was CEO at UPC Renewables Australia - Transmission and COO at Suzlon Energy Australia.  Whilst specialising in the development, construction and operation of large scale renewables for the last 15 years he has been in the broader design and construction sector for 30 years, having held numerous professional positions internationally including with Hutchinson Telecoms, Bovis Lend Lease Consulting, Leightons and Connell Wagner.  

He is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has been on the Board of the Clean Energy Council and is on the Advisory Board for the Resources Engineering faculty at Monash University. 

David Gillespie

Chief Financial Officer

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.  He is responsible for the finance functions of the SGSPAA group, including corporate strategy, corporate finance, treasury, financial management, taxation and shared financial services. In addition to being CFO, David is on the Board of Directors of all of SGSPAA’s wholly owned subsidiaries.

His experience includes six years at Deloitte in a variety of management roles and ten years as an Independent Member of the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute’s Audit Finance and Risk Committee. Mr Gillespie is also the Deputy Chair of the Victorian Clinical Genetics Service.

Throughout his fourteen year career at SGSPAA Mr Gillespie has held a range of roles including General Manager of Corporate Finance Australia, Manager of Finance Strategy, and Risk and Internal Audit Manager. David is also a regular media contributor and commentator on financial matters.

Cameron Dorse

Chief Digital Officer

Cameron has responsibility for the transformation and simplification of the digital technology function and the development and deployment of the company’s Digital Strategy.

He has more than 15 years’ experience in the energy industry, having held CIO positions and senior business operational roles within Alinta, TRUEnergy and TXU. Cameron also has significant international experience rolling out new IT systems and processes for Mars Inc across Asia and China.

Cameron has a Masters of Science degree in Biometry and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Mathematics and Statistics from Edinburgh University.

Mark Gell

Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs & Marketing

Mark has provided senior counsel to boards and senior management for over 35 years. He is experienced in working with both the private and public sectors, for large corporates as well as owning and running advisory businesses. He specialises in developing the right strategy and managing the execution of projects to successful outcomes.

He is an experienced Director having participated on private, publicly listed, industry representative and not for profit boards. He has chaired the Energy Markets Reform Forum, Major Energy Users Group, was a member of the Gas Market Leaders Group and was also on the Policy Advisory Group of NEMCO. Mark has an Economics Degree, an Executive MBA and a AICD Director qualification.

Jodie Blake

Executive General Manager People, Safety and Legal

Jodie is responsible for leading the people, safety, environment, contaminated sites, risk and internal audit and legal functions for the SGSPAA Group as well as oversight of all transformational activities.

Prior to joining the SGSPAA Group, she held senior human resources roles within the energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods industries. Ms. Blake has extensive experience in all facets of human resource and health and safety management including enterprise adaptive change, talent management and industrial relations.

Jodie holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management as well as a Masters in Industrial & Employee Relations from Monash University.
