The ActewAGL distribution partnership owns, plans, develops, constructs, operates and maintains the electricity network in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and the gas networks in the ACT and south east NSW and manages all water and wastewater operations in the ACT.
Jemena has a 50 percent interest in ActewAGL, the remaining 50 percent of the partnership is owned by ACTEW Distribution Limited, a subsidiary of ACTEW Corporation Limited. ACTEW Corporation Limited is a government owned company with assets and investments in water, wastewater, electricity, gas and telecommunications.
