Through our customer engagement strategy, we aim to:

  • understand the expectations of our customers
  • apply this understanding in managing our electricity network
  • provide transparent feedback to customers
  • ensure that customer expectations play an important role in the prudent optimisation of our costs, services and prices.

To better understand customers’ expectations and tailor our five-year plan accordingly, we seek to engage with our customers through a variety of forums.
