Information update for customers in the Melbourne suburb of Gladstone Park
Jemena has now restored electricity supply to all customers effected by an electricity outage on Thursday, 11 January 2018 in the Melbourne suburb of Gladstone Park. Unfortunately, some customers may be unable to use some of their electrical appliances as a result of this incident.
These customers may be eligible for compensation under Electricity Industry Guidelines No. 11. To be assessed for compensation, effected customers must complete a Customer Claim Form.
