Changes to our Gas Network Services Providers in the Sydney Metropolitan area

Jemena is making some changes to our gas network service arrangements in the Sydney Metropolitan area. From 8 September 2017, gas meter field services in New South Wales will be provided by Zinfra rather than Ausnet Select Services. Gas meter asset management, and inventory management services will be directly managed by Jemena.

  • The processes and locations of these services are not changing.

  • The collection addresses for gas meters is not changing.

  • The Jemena Customer Portal and 1300 722 914 service contact number will continue in use.

Plumbers collecting gas meters may notice changes of branding in our communications and at our Newington and Old Guildford sites.

We do not expect that there will be any impact to our customers and partners from this change.
